It's important for our coaches, given the unique position they're in - shaping the learning journey of our children and youth - to have a strong foundation and knowledge of what they're teaching.
As part of LCS Football Academy's coaches education programme, Luka Lalic, Academy Technical Director led a week-long coaching course drawing from his experience working with youth players in Asia and Europe, as well as knowledge from global experts. Topics covered include the academy philosophy, methodology, game model and periodization, rounding off with how to implement these in practical training.
