As announced back in February 2020, our parent club, Home United Football Club, was privatised by Singapore tech firm Sea Ltd and rebranded to Lion City Sailors Football Club. Aligning with this move, LFA Protectors has also been rebranded to Lion City Sailors Football Academy, with an official public announcement on 5 June 2020.
We have always believed that football is for everyone. Boys and girls alike, through the age groups, regardless of abilities. Our coaches strove to deliver structured youth football training with a personal touch.
Now as Lion City Sailors (LCS) Football Academy, we remain as committed as ever to your child’s football development. In fact, the rebranding and professionalisation of the current set up will bring more opportunities for our players to be exposed to the highest level of youth football and chase their dreams.
For a start, there will be no immediate changes to our training sessions, schedules and costs. All these will remain the same. What we have done is to clearly document the structure of our programmes where the details can be found here.
